All orders are proofed within 1-3 Business Days depending on current order volume and are proofed in the order received. After approval of proofed designs, please allow 1 business day for final files. Printed orders will be shipped 3-5 business days from approval. All production times are business days only, excluding US Holidays.

We handle the cutomization for you! Leave all details in your order or in the notes to seller box at checkout and we will design a proof and email it to you for review before finalizing your order!

Of course! If you need a design that isn't available in the shop, we can set up a custom order for you.
Bespoke orders start at $35 for design.

Sorry to hear your event was cancelled! Unfortunately, the work we created for you was customized and can't be returned or sold again, so all sales are final. But please let us know if you plan to order from us again in the future and we can get a coupon code to you for a discount on future orders!

We do not sell blank invitation designs. We work hard to create beautiful custom work and only sell our designs completed. We also do not sell source files.
The glitter in our designs is a high quality simulation suitable for printing, but is not actual glitter. It looks great though (and is way less messy for your guests!!)
Currently designs with gold foil are also a faux look suitable for printing, but real gold foiling options are coming soon!
